I. Adjustment Window for Order Changes
CITYGIRLTOCOUNTRYGIRL LLC offers a 4-hour grace period immediately following the completion of your order. During this time, you may request:
• Cancellation of the full order
• Corrections to product selections
• Updates to quantity or variant
• Adjustments to customer information

The timestamp of your email or form submission will be used as the official reference. Requests must be initiated before the 4-hour window closes.
II. When the 4-Hour Window Has Passed
Once the adjustment period expires, most orders will have already entered processing, packaging, or production. At this stage:
• The order cannot be canceled or modified.
• Changes to product variants (size, color, style) cannot be made.
• Requests to switch delivery methods are not available.
• The purchase becomes fully chargeable and non-adjustable.
If the item has already shipped by the time your request is reviewed, the shipment cannot be intercepted. Should you still wish to return the product after delivery, your request will fall under our standard return guidelines, including any associated fees.
III. Accuracy of Shipping Information
It is solely the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and correct. This includes verifying:
• House number and street name
• Apartment or suite number
• City, state, and ZIP code
• Recipient name and contact details
Incorrect or incomplete addresses can lead to delivery failure. If this occurs:
• CITYGIRLTOCOUNTRYGIRL LLC is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned packages.
• No refunds will be issued for items lost due to an incorrect address submitted by the customer.
• If a package is returned to our facility, the customer must pay any reshipment fees to have the order sent again.
IV. Changing an Address After Shipment
Once an order receives a tracking number or is already in transit, CITYGIRLTOCOUNTRYGIRL LLC cannot modify the destination.
If you need to change the delivery route at this stage, you must contact the shipping carrier directly. Approval and fees are determined by the carrier’s policies, not ours.
